Flexibility

Satellite technology allows communication solutions to be implemented anywhere in the country with identical benefits and features, meeting connection, availability, and reliability needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our technological solutions consist of versatile, modular VSAT station networks which integrate the features of different applications on the same platform. Each terminal in the network will be interconnected with the other terminals, forming a virtual, private, internal network within the satellite hub.

Efficiency

Our NOC, which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, has a group of trained, specialized operators who provide ongoing support to technicians who are performing installation, maintenance, and movement activities in the field at remote sites in the satellite network. Management Team

Luis Eduardo Lema

President of Servicio Satelital S.A. since January 2022. Previously, since 2001 he served as General Manager and COO. He is a specialist in Telecommunications and Networking. He was a professor in the Telecommunications and Networking Specialization Degree Program at the École Supérieure des Communications et Réseaux [Advanced School for Communications and Networking] in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was the CEO of Gilat Argentina from 2001 to 2004, the Telecommunications Manager of Chevron between 1998 and 2000, and the Telecommunications Manager of Petrolera Argentina San Jorge S.A./Bolland between 1995 and 1998.

Ernesto Luzuriaga

Commercial Director of Servicio Satelital S.A. since 2004. He is a mechanical engineer and graduate of the National University of La Plata, Argentina and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Georgetown University, U.S.A. Between 2002 and 2003, he was CEO of IBG, and the Director of the Corporate Finance and Recovery Department of Price Waterhouse Coopers between 1997 and 2003. He was the Director of Bracht S.A. between 1993 and 1997, founded Satelital S.A. (50% Comsat) in 1990, and sat on its Board of Directors until 1993. He was the President of Alcatel Argentina S.A. between 1986 and 1993.
