Our Network Operation Center (NOC) located in the central offices of our Teleport in Benavidez, Buenos Aires Province. The Technical Service Center is available 24/7 and provides Levels I and II support.

The objective of this center is to answer any questions regarding the technical characteristics, performance, quality, availability, or technical performance of products and services.
Incident tracking will be done through a trouble ticketing system. A representative from the sector will be responsible for centralizing and managing the incident until it is resolved, interacting with the client and Servicio Satelital S.A.
The NOC has a group of trained, specialized Operators who provide on-going support to the technicians performing installation, maintenance, and movement tasks in the field for remote sites in the satellite network.
