Society is another component of our social responsibility as a company. Along with education and culture, we aspire to and promote the well-being of society in general, and of our team, partners, customers, suppliers, and distributors in particular. We provide training in the country and abroad. We work to make continuous training a reality within our organization. We promote talent through the granting of study scholarships in institutions in the country and abroad.
As part of our commitment to the well-being of our work teams, we have signed a collaboration agreement with the School of Science and Technology of the NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SAN MARTÍN (UNSAM) to provide training to our employees, and also to our distributors, agents, suppliers, and customers.
In addition, we started a 4-month Digital Marketing course that we call “Tools to Connect” for all the members of our company, and we started with a Marketing and Sales training program aimed at distributors, resellers, and agents, which includes several courses. In November, we started with the first of them called “How to use social networks to connect with customers in the new normal.”
In the second quarter of 2021, we resumed the language training that we did before the start of the pandemic, this time with the Linguistics Department of UNASM.
Each member of Servicio Satelital was able to choose which language they wanted to train and/or better themselves in; and so some of us chose English, while others chose between French, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian.
In 2021, NOC members completed a training, upgrading, and technical improvement course in IT Education, and another member of our team started a Technology Degree in Telecommunications at the National Technological University (UTN).
