Society is another component of our social responsibility as a company. Along with education and culture, we aspire to and promote the well-being of society in general, and of our team, partners, customers, suppliers, and distributors in particular. We provide training in the country and abroad. We work to make continuous training a reality within our organization. We promote talent through the granting of study scholarships in institutions in the country and abroad.

As part of our commitment to the well-being of our work teams, in 2021 we signed a collaboration agreement with the School of Science and Technology of the UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE SAN MARTIN (UNSAM) to provide training to our employees, and also to our distributors, agents, suppliers, and customers.
In addition, we conduct Digital Marketing courses for all members of our company, training programs in Marketing and Sales aimed at distributors, resellers and agents.
In the second quarter of 2021 we resumed language training with the Department of Languages of UNASM. English, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Russian and Japanese among others.

Also training in Excel and Data Analysis.

Responsabilidad Social Empresarial
NOC members continue to conduct training courses, upgrading and technical improvement courses in Educación IT and other members of our team are carrying out the University Technicality in Telecommunications and the Diploma in Networks in the UTN (Universidad Tecnológica Nacional).
