Our Satellite Control Ground Station is located in Benavidez, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, within the ARSAT property, a safe and reliable environment certified as TIER III by UPTIME INSTITUTE. This guarantees us, among other things, an N+1 redundant power supply.

We operate state-of-the-art terrestrial satellite technology: redundant Gilat Satellite Networks and iDirect hubs. We use SkyEdge II and iDirect platforms for the wide beam capacity of the ARSAT I satellite, which ensures the best available coverage for the Southern Cone, both in elevation and power.

Likewise, through our SkyEdge II-C and iDirect Evolution DVB-S2X platforms, we provide HTS (High Throughput Satellite) capacity using different beams from the IS37e satellite for solutions requiring large bandwidths.

Located in our Teleport is our Customer Service Center (NOC – Network Operations Center) that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and our Data Center, which offers an environment with controlled temperature and humidity, fire detection and extinction, and biometric access control. It is linked by fiber optics to the main networks in the country and directly to the IXP of CABASE.
